Summary and scope
The Contractor shall provide all labour, materials, plant, equipment, supervision, testing and commissioning necessary to complete the works in accordance with the Contract Documents and the issued design documentation.The works include, but are not limited to:Site establishment, mobilisation, survey, temporary fencing, traffic management (where required), environmental and safety controls, and protection of existing services and infrastructure.Preparation of a pre-construction dilapidation report.Disconnection, removal and disposal of existing sports lighting infrastructure, including poles, luminaires, footings and associated electrical equipment, with reinstatement of disturbed areas.Supply and installation of all electrical infrastructure, including switchboard upgrades, metering, underground conduits, service pits, cabling, electrical reticulation, testing, commissioning and certification.Supply and installation of a complete LED sports lighting system, including new 12 m galvanised steel light poles, footings and LED floodlights, designed to achieve 350 lux average maintained illumination in accordance with the approved lighting design.Provision of DALI lighting controls with capability for future integration with Council's Building Control System (BCS) and Book A Court booking system.Directional boring where required to minimise impacts to existing courts and surrounding infrastructure.Reinstatement of all disturbed surfaces and restoration of the site to pre-construction condition.Completion of all testing, commissioning, night-time lux verification, certification and submission of as-constructed drawings, warranties, operation and maintenance manuals required for Practical Completion and handover.Inclusion of Provisional Sums for Supply Authority charges and unforeseen rock excavation.Final inspection with Council and completion of all handover documentation, including as-built drawings, warranties and maintenance manuals.
