EXPRESSION OF INTEREST SORT FOR THE SUPPLY AND INSTALL OF A PANEL TANK FOR DEMINERALISED WATER (790m3)Monadelphous is currently undertaking the construction of the greenfield Brigalow Peaking Power Plant (PPP), a gas-fired power station being delivered for CS Energy.As part of this project, we require the supply of an Activated Carbon FilterPlease reply to this expression of interest with your capability and desire to go onto a tender list to quote the beforementioned works. (scope summary provided below).This Scope of Work is for the design, supply, manufacture, transport to site, construction, installation and commissioning of one Demineralised water tank complete with all accessories as specified hereafter, designed according to Australian codes and regulations with the following scope and not limited to the items listed. Bidder to suggest the tank construction type in line with the Project Standards and Specifications. The following shall be provided as part of the scope for this tank:• One off panel tank; either lined carbon steel or stainless steel with nominal capacity of 794m3• Manways, Nozzles, Internal Piping, Earthing Cleats, cathodic protection (if applicable) Tank Venting System, Overflow Nozzles, Drains, Lifting Lugs, Platform, stairway, and Other miscellaneous items as necessary to allow proper operation and maintenance of the tank.• Connections and piping nozzle orientation shall be checked by subcontractor and contractor prior to fabrication.• All safety valves / devices mounted on tanks necessary for protecting the equipment.• Overflow piping and CO2 absorber/scrubber & seal pot for DM water tank (Refer P&ID for DM water system-BGP-GEV-DRW-ME-0024)• Tank internals, inlet and outlet nozzles & Drain nozzles, Overflow & inlet nozzle with drop down pipe.• Platform and ladder for access to tank top and manhole (Supplier to confirm)• CO2 Breather• pH Analyzer• Pressure & vacuum breaking valves (as required)• All required instrumentation nozzles, as specified in the datasheet, shall be supplied by the tank subcontractor including: • Level gauge / Level indicator• Level transmitters• Anchor chair, Anchor bolt with nuts and washers.• All special tools as required for the installation and/or operation of the tank.• Corrosion protection treatment for transportation and site installation (as required)• Earthing, including earthing pads with clamps or studs on the equipment• SS Nameplates & KKS tagging. Labelling shall follow the KKS format, to be agreed upon with the Contractor prior to implementation, • All the nozzles counter flanges with stud bolt, bolt, nuts and gaskets.• Earthing of tank.• Local junction box & cabling from field instruments to local Junction Box.• All Site assembly, construction and Installation • Construction verification certificate• Cold Commissioning and site acceptance testing
