2027/332 Footpath Program - Mildura - Jaycee Park

Summary and scope

Mildura Rural City Council is seeking Tender responses from suitably qualified individuals and organisations to undertake civil construction works associated with the Jaycee Park Missing Link Footpath project. This will include site preparation, removal of existing assets, construction of approximately 478 m² of reinforced concrete footpath and associated crossover works, installation of new bollards and chain barrier, landscaping and reinstatement works, and post-project site clean-up in accordance with the Contract Specifications and Drawings.ENQUIRIES: Any tender enquiries should be directed to the online forum in VendorPanel.INSPECTION: A site inspection with Council is available on request via the forum. Inspections are recommended however not mandatory.SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses can ONLY be submitted electronically by uploading into the VendorPanel System. Respondents will receive a confirmation email response upon completion. Should assistance be required please use the help function or the online chat available from the home page of VendorPanel.Submissions must be fully received by the closing time as late submissions will not be accepted. Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. All responses must be made by online submission. Any response made by any other means (open email, facsimile, post or in person) will not be considered.
