Summary and scope
Mildura Rural City Council is seeking Tender responses from suitably qualified individuals and organisations to undertake civil construction works associated with the Jaycee Park Missing Link Footpath project. This will include site preparation, removal of existing assets, construction of approximately 478 m² of reinforced concrete footpath and associated crossover works, installation of new bollards and chain barrier, landscaping and reinstatement works, and post-project site clean-up in accordance with the Contract Specifications and Drawings.ENQUIRIES: Any tender enquiries should be directed to the online forum in VendorPanel.INSPECTION: A site inspection with Council is available on request via the forum. Inspections are recommended however not mandatory.SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses can ONLY be submitted electronically by uploading into the VendorPanel System. Respondents will receive a confirmation email response upon completion. Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit.
