Summary and scope

Scope of Supply is for the design (where required), supply, manufacture, factory acceptance testing, transport to Site, and commissioning support of the Hydropneumatic tank.HYDRO PNEUMATIC TANKThe Supplier shall supply for following items/equipment:1. One (1) x 100% Potable water Hydro Pneumatic Tank (Type: Vertical – Bladder Type, Stainless steel) with bladder complete with associated inlet, outlet nozzles, Safety valve, fittings, instruments etc. 2. Nozzles, Drains, Vent, Lifting Lugs, Access ladder and Other miscellaneous items as necessary to allow proper operation and maintenance of the tank. 3. Connections and piping nozzle orientation will be checked by subcontractor prior to fabrication.4. One (1) no. Pressure safety valve as per AS 1271 / devices mounted on tank necessary for protecting the equipment.5. Tank internals, inlet and outlet nozzles, Drain nozzles and Spare nozzles.6. All required instrumentation with isolation valves. This is one pressure indicator and one pressure transmitter.7. Skid Mounted Junction Box shall be supplied by subcontractor with local termination (Junction Box to DCS cabling shall be done by contractor).8. All cabling between supplier equipment shall be supplier scope.9. Any special tooling required during installation and commissioning.10. Manholes/handholes with gasket, hinges and safety devices, etc. as necessary.11. Corrosion protection treatment for transportation and site installation if required. 12. Anchor bolts and nuts with washers (Hot Dip Galvanised).13. All counter flanges, gaskets, bolts, nuts and washers for flange connections. 14. One set of Nameplates and identification labels. 15. Start up and commissioning spares and consumables.16. All special tooling required for installation operation and maintenance.
