Summary and scope

Supply and delivery of the items belowTwo (2) x 100% duty fully redundant air compressors are available to automatically maintain Compressed Air System (CAS) operation in the event of single air compressor failure. The Compressed Air System is capable of being operated and controlled from a local control panel and from the plant control system. Condensed water from the compressed air system package is drained via gravity to the skid edge boundary and then shall be connected into the nearest oil wastewater drain. The key elements of the Compressed Air System include, but not limited to the following: • Two (2) x 100% duty (1 Working and 1 Standby), air cooled, oil free rotary screw type air compressor o Air compressor with intake filtration o Compressors associated with intercoolers, aftercoolers, and Oil filters (as applicable) • Wet air receiver tanks (1 x 100% duty) – if applicable. • Twin tower regenerative desiccant heatless type air dryers (2 × 100% duty) o Coalescing micro filters (2 × 100% duty) o Service dust filter (2 × 100% duty) o Moisture traps. o Dew Point Meter.• Instrument Air receiver tanks (1 × 100% duty). • Active and monitoring Self-acting pressure reducing valves along with the safety relief valves in Instrument air system to maintain the system pressure. • Instrumentation and controls. • Regulating valve (ON/OFF Type) to Service Air system (prioritizing Instrument Air system). • Service Air receiver tank (1 x 100% duty). • Overhead roof/Container for weather protection for the air compressor package. (As applicable) • Delivery to site
