Potable Water Tank

Summary and scope

The Supplier shall supply for following items/equipment:1. One (1), High Density Polyethylene (HDPE)/ FRP (Food grade) Potable water storage tank. Potable water storage tank shall include the following:? Manways, Nozzles, Internal Piping, Cleats, Tank Venting System, Overflow Nozzles, Drains, Lifting Lugs, Platform, stairway and Other miscellaneous items as necessary to allow proper operation and maintenance of the tank. ? Connections and piping nozzle orientation shall be checked by subcontractor and contractor prior to fabrication.? All safety valves / devices mounted on tanks necessary for protecting the equipment.? Overflow piping and vent piping connections.? Tank internals, inlet and outlet nozzles & Drain nozzles, Overflow & inlet nozzle with drop down pipe.? Pressure & vacuum breaking valves one per tank. (as required)2. All the required instrumentation nozzles with isolation valves including the following shall be supplied:? Level gauge / Level indicator.? Level transmitters.3. Anchor chair, Anchor bolt with nuts with washers. 4. All special tools as required for the installation and/or operation of the tank. 5. Special tooling for maintenance6. Earthing (if required) including earthing pads with clamps or studs for all instrumentation.7. S Nameplates & KKS tagging. Labelling shall follow the KKS format, to be agreed upon with the Contractor prior to implementation, and comply with Technical Specification for Plant Labelling.8. All the nozzles counter flanges with stud bolt, bolt, nuts and gaskets.9. Local junction box & cabling from field instruments to local Junction Box.10. All Site assembly, construction and Installation11. Construction verification certificate12. Cold Commissioning and site acceptance testing.
