Summary and scope
Mildura Rural City Council is seeking Tender responses from suitably qualified contractors to undertake civil construction works associated with the Footpath Program - Merbein -Commercial Street project. This will include demolition of existing pram ramps, site preparation, construction of reinforced concrete footpaths, construction of new pram ramps complete with Tactile Ground Surface Indicators (TGSI), landscaping and reinstatement works, and post-project site clean-up in accordance with the Contract Specifications and Drawings.ENQUIRIES: Any tender enquiries should be directed to the online forum in VendorPanel.INSPECTION: A site inspection with Council is available on request via the forum. Inspections are recommended however not mandatory.SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses can ONLY be submitted electronically by uploading into the VendorPanel System. Respondents will receive a confirmation email response upon completion. Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit.
