Summary and scope
Central Highlands Regional Council invites submissions to provide hay to the Emerald Saleyards. Council is seeking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced supplier(s) capable of providing a reliable, responsive and commercially, sustainable supply of quality hay to support the ongoing operation of the Emerald Saleyards. The proposed Contract is intended to commence immediately following expiry of the existing Hay Supply Contract on 24 September 2026, for an initial term of twelve (12) months, with two (2) options to extend for six (6) months each, exercisable at Council's sole discretion.
