Gatton Research Facility Cleaning Contract

Summary and scope

a) The Customer has a requirement for the provision of cleaning services at the Site to ensure a clean, safe work environment and facilities are provided for workers, visitors, consultants and contractors.b) The Site comprises of the following buildings as outlined in Appendix 1 – Site Plan: i. Office Building/Receptionii. Conference Room iii. Exterior BBQ/Pergola Areaiv. Farm Office/Lunch Roomv. Office Building Farm Area -QPWS & LVGAvi. Toilet Block (behind Pathology Laboratory)c) The Supplier shall provide, at their own cost and expense, all things including labour, plant, equipment, and other materials necessary for the provision of cleaning services under this contract, including, but not limited to:i. All personnel, plant, equipment, chemicals, and consumables as requiredii. Chemicals used on site need to provide both visible (aesthetic) and hygienic (microbiological) cleaning, they must be selected based on their efficacy and ability to provide resultsiii. Any and all safety signage and fall from height protection equipment, andiv. All labour and plant required for travel to and from site including vehicular travel.d) The Supplier will perform the regular services between 4:00 pm and 6:30 pm each weekday Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and weekends. Periodical cleaning activities may be conducted over weekends with prior authorisation by the Customer’s contract manager.
