Summary and scope
Council requires a Supplier capable of managing green waste stockpiles at nominated facilities through either the removal of bulk green waste for beneficial reuse or the on-site mulching and removal of processed material. The Supplier must provide all labour, plant, equipment, transport, approvals and reporting necessary to deliver the Services safely, efficiently and in accordance with relevant legislative and contractual requirements.The successful Supplier must demonstrate effective contamination management, reliable processing capacity, sustainable end markets for recovered materials, and the ability to meet specified stockpile limits and service frequencies. For suppliers offering the optional timber shredding service, Council also requires the capability to safely process timber materials and identify appropriate beneficial reuse pathways where practicable.To make a submission, Suppliers must:- Read all of Part 1 - Invitation to Offer- Read all of Part 3 - Draft Service Contract - Complete all sections of Part 2 - Returnable Schedule and attached to VendorPanel.
