RFQ: Development of Aboriginal, CALD and Youth Action Plans for Temora Shire Council

Summary and scope

Temora Shire Council invites suitably qualified and experienced consultants to submit a quotation for the development of three integrated community action plans that will support Council’s commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and social cohesion.The successful consultant will facilitate the preparation of: Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Action Plan Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) Action Plan Youth Action PlanThe three Action Plans will sit beneath Council’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Framework and will guide Council, community organisations and partner agencies in improving participation, inclusion, equity and social cohesion across Temora Shire.Council welcomes submissions from consultants wishing to undertake: All three Action Plans; Any combination of two Action Plans; or An Individual Action Plan.Where consultants propose to deliver multiple Action Plans, Council encourages multidisciplinary teams that demonstrate specialist expertise in youth development, Aboriginal engagement and multicultural inclusion.
