Summary and scope

Pinjarra Racing Club Inc. is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced lead architectural consultant to provide Architectural, Planning and Design Consultancy Services for the Pinjarra Park Redevelopment Project.The successful consultant will be responsible for the planning, design, multidisciplinary consultant coordination, statutory approvals, detailed design, procurement support and construction phase services for the redevelopment of Pinjarra Park.The Project comprises two separable portions:1. Separable Portion 1: Industry, Jockey and Club Administration Building.2. Separable Portion 2: Viewing Pavilion.The Consultant is to complete the design and documentation for both separable portions, with the Principal retaining the option to proceed with either Separable Portion 1 only or both portions concurrently, depending on available funding.The services will be delivered primarily at Pinjarra Park, Racecourse Road, Pinjarra, Western Australia, with attendance at project meetings, site inspections and stakeholder workshops required throughout the project. The anticipated commencement is October 2026, following completion of the procurement process. The consultancy programme is to support construction commencing after the major race meetings in March 2027, with project completion targeted before December 2028.
