Summary and scope
Lead Consultancy for the design of a carpark within Sir Joseph Banks Park with frontage to Foreshore Road, Botany. The carpark design must appropriately consider the interface with the park, its character and context. The Lead consultant will be required to engage sub-consultants to deliver the design. The program is to allow for site investigations, concept design options, community engagement materials, detailed design, and a fully coordinated set of IFT and IFC documentation.
