Summary and scope

The scope comprises the delivery of two separable portions under a single contract. Separable Portion A – Hamilton Street/Brantome Street Intersection includes demolition and relocation works, earthworks, pavement reconstruction, construction of a compact roundabout and three raised safety platforms, kerb and channel, footpaths and pedestrian crossings, underground drainage, line marking, signage and associated civil works. Separable Portion B – Hamilton Street/Aitken Street Intersection includes earthworks, pavement works, three raised safety platforms, footpaths, underground drainage, line marking, signage and associated civil works. Both portions include all necessary preliminaries, service coordination and approvals, environmental and traffic management, stakeholder liaison, temporary works, testing, quality assurance, reinstatement and handover requirements necessary to complete the Works in accordance with the Contract documents.
