Summary and scope

The City of Gold Coast invites Expressions of Interest from suitably experienced and capable head contractors for the design and construction of a new two-level PCYC youth, community, sport and recreation facility at Pimpama Village Park North. The EOI is the first stage of a two-stage procurement process and will be used to establish a shortlist for a subsequent Select Tender. The City's current preference is to shortlist approximately three Respondents. The EOI is focused on contractor capability, key personnel, project and program appreciation, and local benefits. The estimated construction budget is approximately $22 million. The proposed delivery model is Design and Construct. The proposed Select Tender Contract Header and amended AS4300 Conditions are also included with the EOI to allow early review of the proposed contractual position.
