Summary and scope

The State of Queensland acting through the Department of Sport, Racing and Olympic and Paralympic Games (DSROPG) are inviting offers from suitably qualified suppliers for the provision of Gym Equipment Lease.The Customer will hold a briefing session at each venue as outlined below:- Gold Coast Performance Centre (Wednesday 26 August 2026 at 10:00 am)- Gold Coast Recreation Precinct (Wednesday 26 August 2026 at 1:00 pm)It is mandatory for Suppliers to attend the briefing session in order to submit an offer. Suppliers must register to attend this briefing by emailing procurement@sport.qld.gov.au by 5:00pm on Monday 24 August 2026 listing the names of those Supplier representatives attending.A maximum of two (2) representatives from each organisation may attend the briefing.This will be a joint session in which all potential Suppliers will attend. Questions can be asked and responses provided will all be documented and communicated by way of an Addendum to the ITO post briefing session to all suppliers that attended the briefing.
