The Scope is described in the document(s) attached to or provided with this Request for Quotation and identified as:Scope of Works (Design & Construct) The Contractor shall undertake the complete design of new residential Modular dwellings at 13 Smith Street and Bulguru Park, Yarrabah with the following design required for council approval –Tenderers are required to provide separate lump-sum pricing for the following options and Locations:13 Smith Street, Yarrabah• Option 1 – Two (2) Modular Homes: Total lump-sum price for the supply and delivery of two (2) modular homes.• Option 2 – Three (3) Modular Homes: Total lump-sum price for the supply and delivery of three (3) modular homes.Pricing for each option is to represent the complete cost applicable to that quantity, including any applicable economies of scale, bulk purchasing discounts, shared mobilisation, transport, preliminaries or other cost efficiencies.However, Council reserves the right, at its sole discretion and subject to available funding, to proceed with either Option 1 or Option 2.Bulguru Park, Yarrabah• Two (2) Modular Homes: Total lump-sum price for the supply and delivery of two (2) modular homes.
