Swan Hill Rural City Council invites tenders for the construction of concrete shared user paths at various locations in Swan Hill, Piangil and Nyah. The works are divided into five (5) separable portions. While Council encourages tenderers to submit a tender for all five portions, submissions for one or more individual portions will also be considered.Certain works are located within road reserves managed by the Department of Transport and Planning (DTP). Tenderers proposing to undertake these works must hold the applicable DTP prequalification. Refer to section 2.4 below for details.
