Contract No. T27011 - Statutory Planning Public Notice Installation Services PanelTenders are invited for the Statutory Planning Public Notice Installation Service.Council is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the provision of public notification signage services associated with statutory planning applications. The services include the production, installation, maintenance, inspection and removal of public notice signs at locations throughout the municipality, in accordance with Council requirements and relevant legislative obligations.The successful contractor will be required to provide a reliable, responsive and customer-focused service that supports Council’s statutory planning processes. Tenderers will be expected to demonstrate their experience in delivering similar services, their capacity to meet service timeframes, quality assurance processes, reporting capabilities, and commitment to workplace health and safety. Council intends to appoint a contractor that can deliver a consistent and efficient service while providing value for money.NOTE: The Vendor Panel online forum closes five business days prior to the abovementioned tender closing date. Council reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any Tender, or part thereof. Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.
