Summary and scope
Metro North Health (MNH) is expanding and refurbishing the Transit Lounge at The Prince Charles Hospital (TPCH) and the Discharge Transit Centre at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital (RBWH) to improve patient flow, support timely discharge and provide permanent, contemporary facilities.The projects will increase TPCH’s capacity from 16 to 24 treatment spaces and RBWH’s capacity from 29 to a minimum of 46 treatment spaces.
