Summary and scope
The purpose of the EOI Document is to set out the Procurement Process, EOI Conditions, the Evaluation Process, the Principal's objectives, and key details that the Applicant needs to know to submit a conforming EOI Submission. The scope includes the physical construction of the facility, progressing from bulk earthworks through to the completed building. This includes: - substructure elements, including foundations and ground slab; - superstructure, including suspended concrete and structural steel elements; - façade and roofing; and - new and existing building services works. Fit out and finishing works will follow, encompassing building fit out and associated services, together with the delivery of on grade carparking, service areas and landscaping. Finally, the applicant will be responsible for building commissioning and certification, and for the management of project sustainability requirements throughout Delivery.
