The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) invites submissions in relation to TMR’s intention to procure a production-ready implementation of the Inter-CAD Electronic Messaging System (ICEMS) protocol, comprising a back-end message broker, a stand-alone operator interface and associated implementation, transition and support services.Suppliers should be aware that TMR will use this Expression of Interest to establish a short list of Suppliers to be invited to the next stage of the procurement, which is expected to be a restricted Request for Quote (RFQ) or Invitation to Offer (ITO). Therefore, a potential Supplier that does not respond to this Expression of Interest may be excluded from any further involvement with the procurement process which may be generated from the ongoing activities relating to this initiative.
