Summary and scope
Darling Downs Hospital and Health Service invites offers for the provision of design services and the provision of construction services of the resulting works for the Texas Multipurpose Health Service, Primary Healthcare Clinic Project, in accordance with the requirements of this Request for Offer. The purpose of this Request for Offer is to obtain fixed lump sum pricing for Separable Portion A, to design the Primary Healthcare Clinic and an indicative estimate only for Separable Portion B, the construction.Value for money will be determined by reference to the demonstrated capability of offerors in delivering similar projects, their capacity to complete the construction before the 30th of June 2028 and other factors as set out in Request for Offer documentation. A site visit has been scheduled for 4 November 2026 and is not mandatory. See attached Request for Tender documents for further details.
