Summary and scope
The successful Contractor will be one of a panel of Contractors to provide, on request, general provision of plumbing services across the East Gippsland Shire.The Contractor shall supply all staff, labour, materials and plant required under for the provision of plumbing services unless otherwise specifically stated in this Specification, the Formal Instrument of Agreement or Conditions of Contract.This Specification shall be read in conjunction with all documents forming the Contract including the Formal Instrument of Agreement and Conditions of Contract.
