Please refer to the attached Request for Tender (RFT) and Appendix 1 attachments In summary: The Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley is seeking Submissions from experienced Contractors for the provision of Road Grader wet hire services and signage installation at nominated locations on the Kalumburu and Port Warrender Roads and Mt Elizabeth and Ellenbrae access roads for a period of two (2) years with a possible one (1) year extension at the absolute discretion of the Principal. The Contract is a schedule of rates Contract and will be utilised by the Principal on an as required basis for the completion of Services. Appointment to the Contract does not guarantee a specific financial value or volume of work annually. Clarification to tender details must be in writing and sought via the Shire’s VendorPanel website, prior to 2:00pm, Monday 13 February 2017. Tenders must be submitted via the Shire’s VendorPanel website www.vendorpanel.com.au/swek The Deadline for submissions is 2:00pm (WST), Friday 17 February 2017. Responses submitted by facsimile, email, mail or hand delivery will not be accepted. Late tenders will not be accepted. The lowest, or any tender may not necessarily be accepted. Any potential tenderer canvassing Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley Officers will be disqualified from the tender process.
