Summary and scope
The Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley invites tenders from suitably experienced contractors for upgrade works at the East Kimberley Regional Airport, specifically the terminal car park and adjoining roads. Overall delivery of the upgrade is structured as follows: Stage 1: Comprises works in three consecutive parts: (a) Part A: Civil works to improve the road layout, pedestrian network and improve the condition of assets; (b) Part B: Sealing works (by others); and (c) Part C: Road Linemarking (by others). Clarification of tender details must be in writing and sought via the Shire’s VendorPanel website, prior to 2:00pm, Thursday 4 May 2017. The Deadline for submissions is 2:00pm (WST), Friday 12 May 2017. Responses submitted by facsimile, email, mail or hand delivery will not be accepted. Late tenders will not be accepted. The lowest, or any tender may not necessarily be accepted. Any potential tenderer canvassing Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley Officers will be disqualified from the tender process.
