Summary and scope
Mount Barker District Council (the Council) invites Tenders for a tender package which includes: A. Dean Street Pump Station Storage (2017.047) B. Eastern Sector Waldorf School to Dean Street Sewer Gravity Main upgrade (2017.026) C. Albert Road to Barker Road Effluent Gravity Main Upgrade (2017.026) D. Callington Pipeline Replacement (2017.002) The 4 projects shall each be separate projects however tenderers should advise of any discounts offered should 2 or more of the projects be offered to the one Contractor. Tenderers may choose to tender for one or more projects. Council may award one or more project to one or more tenderers. All projects must be completed no later than 30 June 2018. Indicative commencement dates may be found in clause 3.2.8 of this document. Tenderers may submit a proposed timeline of completion and carry out projects concurrently. Final commencement and completion dates will be determined between Council and the preferred tenderer or tenderers.
