Wurdee Boluc WTP Capacity Upgrade Market Sounding

Summary and scope

Barwon Water invites Registration of Interest (ROI) from suitably qualified parties who are interested to register their interest in participating in a Market Sounding Process with respect to the proposed Wurdee Boluc Water Treatment Plant Capacity Upgrade (Project). The project is currently in the design development phase with a Final Business Case expected to be complete in Mid 2026. Barwon Water is seeking registrations from suitably experienced and qualified parties including construction contractors, design and engineering firms, operations and maintenance contractors, sponsors and other specialist subcontractors with knowledge of delivering large scale water treatment facilities. Please note the initial closing date for Registrations of Interest on Monday, 10 November 2025. Registrations should be submitted by email according to the instructions in the attached Registration of Interest document.
