🏥 Tender Overview: Palliative Care Support Packages (PCSP) The WA Country Health Service (WACHS) is seeking qualified providers to deliver Palliative Care Support Packages (PCSP) across regional Western Australia. This initiative aims to provide immediate home care services to community palliative care patients, ensuring they can remain in their homes or, for Aboriginal patients, on country. 📋 Scope of Services Successful bidders will be responsible for providing comprehensive support, including but not limited to: Nursing and Personal Care: Essential clinical and daily living assistance. Domestic and Social Support: Assistance with household tasks and social engagement. Respite and Meals: Supporting caregivers and patient nutritional needs.
