The Western Australia Police Force (WAPOL) is seeking a qualified organization to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of triage and deconfliction processes regarding 'Mixed, Unclear, and Unstable' (MUU) youth within the context of Countering Violent Extremism (CVE). This project aims to refine the operational synergy between the WA Fixated Threat Assessment Centre (WAFTAC) and the WA Intervention and Support Program (WAISP).
### 🎯 Scope of Work
The successful supplier will be responsible for:
* **Comparative Evaluation:** Analyzing current triage and deconfliction practices.
* **Policy Guidance:** Developing practical, evidence-based policy recommendations.
* **Stakeholder Engagement:** Conducting research and consultations to inform findings.
* **Reporting & Validation:** Delivering a policy recommendations report, facilitating a validation workshop, and submitting a final revised report.
