The Western Australia Police Force is seeking to procure a proven, end-to-end Talent Acquisition Platform that delivers a modern, integrated approach to attraction and recruitment. The solution must include: Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with configurable workflows to support multiple application types.Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) functionality.Employee Onboarding capabilities.Ability to integrate with the existing SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution (RMIS) & Auditrak, and the new WA State Government public sector jobs board. Refer to Appendix A WAGov Jobs Board Preliminary CMS API Specifications for all current information released on this integration.Replacement of the current “Lets Join Forces” website, including migration of existing content from Craft Content Management System (CMS) into the new platform.
