### 🗑️ Waste Management Infrastructure Procurement TAFE NSW is seeking expressions of interest for the **supply, delivery, and installation of 60L waste collection bins** across its campus portfolio. This initiative aims to establish centralised and standardised waste stations to improve sustainability outcomes, specifically targeting three waste streams: **general waste, commingled recycling, and paper/cardboard recycling**. #### 📋 Project Scope & Requirements Successful bidders will be expected to: * **Optimize Infrastructure:** Determine ideal bin locations and combinations to maximize landfill diversion. * **Standardization:** Replace ad-hoc bins with uniform, centralised stations and provide custom-designed signage. * **Support Services:** Deliver education, training, and change-management resources for staff and students. * **Performance Measurement:** Develop a case study to track environmental, financial, and behavioural outcomes. #### 🏗️ Procurement Process This is a two-stage process: 1. **Stage 1:** Registration of interest (current phase). 2. **Stage 2:** Invitation to RFP via TAFE NSW Ariba. #### ⚠️ Mandatory Compliance Due to the nature of this procurement, suppliers must demonstrate commitment to addressing **Modern Slavery** risks.
