### π Project Management Services: Zero Emissions Buses Program
Transport for NSW is seeking expert **Project Management Services** to support the ambitious **Zero Emission Buses (ZEB) Program**. This major initiative is a cornerstone of the NSW Government's commitment to achieving net-zero emissions by 2050. The program is currently in its first tranche, which involves the deployment of 1,219 electric buses across metropolitan Sydney and the conversion of 11 depots to support high-capacity charging infrastructure.
### π οΈ Key Requirements and Scope
The successful provider will supply specialist resources to assist the ZEB Program team in several critical areas:
* **Project & Contract Management:** Overseeing delivery performance, contract administration, and commercial management.
* **Infrastructure Oversight:** Managing depot electrical upgrades and charging infrastructure installation.
* **Fleet Integration:** Supporting the procurement and technical integration of the new ZEB fleet.
* **Governance:** Ensuring high-quality reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
### π Qualifications and Compliance
Bidders must meet strict eligibility criteria, including:
* **Mandatory Registration:** Respondents must be registered as an **Advanced Supplier** under the Performance & Management Services Scheme (**SCM0005**).
* **Social Procurement:** Compliance with the Aboriginal Procurement Policy, SME Policy, and Shorter Payment Terms Policy is required, including quarterly reporting.
* **Ariba Portal:** Interest must be registered via email to the TSS Bidder team to gain access to the RFP documents on the Ariba platform.
