This includes 62 static and 34 digital billboards located in both metropolitan and regional areas. 🎯 Scope and Objectives The successful bidder will be responsible for: Asset Management: Operating and maintaining existing static and digital infrastructure. Digital Upgrades: Planning and securing development approvals (DA) to convert static assets into modern digital billboards. Commercial Performance: Maximizing revenue streams and meeting annual sales targets. Compliance & Safety: Adhering to strict safety, planning, and advertising content standards. Innovation: Implementing strategies to ensure sustainable revenue growth and premium market positioning. 📅 Contract Terms Digital Billboards: 5 years + 2-year option. Static Billboards: 3 years + 2-year option.
