🏗️ Project Overview Transport for NSW is inviting proposals for the Wollongong Balustrade Project (WS5645368037). This infrastructure project focuses on the demolition and replacement of the existing balustrade at the Wollongong Harbour Southern Breakwater. 🛠️ Scope of Works The successful contractor will be responsible for: Demolition: Removal and disposal of the existing deteriorated balustrade. Civil Works: Concrete repairs, modifications to the breakwater pavement, and construction of new reinforced concrete hobs/foundations. Installation: Supply, fabrication, and installation of approximately 180 metres of marine-grade stainless steel balustrading (Grade 316 & Duplex 2205). Site Management: Traffic and pedestrian management, environmental controls, site establishment, and final reinstatement.
