### 📋 Tender Overview Transport for NSW is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified service providers for the **Supply and Implementation of a Risk Management Information System (RMIS)**. This is a two-stage procurement process, beginning with this EOI phase followed by a subsequent Request for Tender (RFx) for shortlisted candidates. ### 🎯 Project Scope & Objectives The objective is to transition to a modern, cloud-based RMIS platform that integrates seamlessly with the existing TfNSW operating environment. Key functional requirements include: * **Standardization:** Support for standardized risk management practices. * **Integration:** Capability to integrate with existing cost and schedule systems. * **Analysis:** Provision of integrated qualitative and quantitative risk analysis tools. * **Reporting:** Enhanced analytical capabilities and improved reporting frameworks. ### 🔑 Key Requirements for Bidders * **Scheme Membership:** Respondents must be an advanced member of the **ICT Services Scheme (SCM0020)** in relevant categories (System and Solution, Software, or ICT Cloud Services) by the time the Stage 2 RFx is issued. * **Social Procurement:** Successful bidders will be required to adhere to SME policy requirements, including quarterly reporting. * **Platform Access:** The sourcing event is managed via the Ariba platform.
