Summary and scope

Pormpuraaw Aboriginal Shire Council (PASC) invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors to submit a tender for the supply, installation, testing, commissioning and handover of an Aviation Fuel Facility at Pormpuraaw Airport.This Request for Tender (RFT) is conducted in accordance with the requirements, conditions and procedures outlined within the tender documentation. Tenderers are required to review all documentation and ensure their submission addresses the specified scope of works, technical requirements and evaluation criteria.The tender process will be governed by the Conditions of Tendering contained within Section 2 – Conditions of Submission. Any resulting contract will be administered in accordance with the Conditions of Contract and Special Conditions contained within Section 3.Tenderers must complete and submit the response schedules and forms contained within Section 4 – Tender Response. Submissions must be lodged by the date and time specified in Section 1 – Tender Requirements. Late submissions may not be considered. as described in more detail in Part 5 – Scope.
