Summary and scope

The Public Trustee of Queensland (QPT) is seeking to establish a multi-year arrangement with a suitably qualified supplier for the provision of a prepaid card services solution to support customer expenditure under approved budgets. The appointed supplier will work collaboratively with QPT to deliver a secure, cost effective, and user friendly spend management solution that meets the needs of some of Queensland’s most vulnerable customers.QPT seeks a supplier that can:• provide dedicated account management and responsive support services• demonstrate a strong understanding of QPT’s operating environment and the customers we support• deliver intuitive, reliable systems—such as a secure web-based administration portal—to enable effective management of prepaid card services• work collaboratively with QPT to drive continuous improvement and process efficiency• provide a pricing model that supports low cost operation and safeguards customer funds• provide a scalable solution capable of meeting current and future QPT demand
