Summary and scope

Council is seeking suitably experienced and qualified people to manage Home Hill Caravan Park for the period 1 September 2024 (or as negotiated) to 30 April 2027 with options for 2, 12-month extensions, as described in more detail in Part 5 – Scope. The successful Supplier will be required to: a) have good interpersonal skills and be able to interact professionally and maintain good relations with various guests and visitors to the Home Hill Caravan Park; b) have the ability to undertake maintenance of grounds and minor maintenance of equipment and buildings across the Park; c) use the Newbook booking system to manage residents and tourists at the Park; and d) promote the Caravan Park and the Burdekin. Council acknowledges the tight timeframe from advising acceptance of Tender to commencement date. Please advise in your response if a delayed start is required and the proposed new start date.
