Scope of Works – •Platinum level support for 1800 Users •Threat protection suite •Standard F Secure S Targeted Attack Protection •URL Defence & Attachment Defence •Dynamic, Reputation, Spam, Virus Protection •Zero-Hour Anti-Virus, Email Firewall, •Smart Search – F-Secure •SaaS 1800 Users 12 months •Bi-annual Health Check Reports – Review and assess Townsville City Council’s Threat protection suite to identify any configuration drift, security issues and newly available features within the platform. The results of the audit will be compiled and presented within a Health Check Report with recommendation of action for any findings.
