Project: New Women's and Children's Hospital (South Australia) Project owner: LENDLEASE CONSTRUCTION (SOUTHERN) PTY LIMITED Location: SA Australia Work package status: Closed Scope: Full Scope Work package description: The project is seeking expressions of interest from contractors for the floor coverings package which includes Supply and install carpet, vinyl floor and wall coverings, entry matts, tactile indicators, skirtings, stair nosings, edge strips etc. Includes levelling screeds as required, light grinding of floors etc. Package configuration may be modified when awarding, applicable to available market capability and capacity. Forecast timing for package award is indicatively Q3 2027, with construction indicatively forecast to commence in Q4 2028. No project design information will be provided with this expression of interest. Project overview: Lendlease has been engaged under an ECI (Early Contractor Involvement) Contract on the New Women's and Children's Hospital (New WCH) Project, located at the site of the former South Australian Police Barracks.This engagement includes the development of key inputs such as time, cost and quality advice, procurement and the delivery of early works, including the new hospital's car park.This next phase of the New WCH Project includes: Clinical building Central Energy Plant Remaining hospital precinct
