Mount Isa Water Board (MIWB) invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors to submit a tender for the design and construction of the Warrina Park Upgrade at Lake Moondarra, Mount Isa, Queensland.The project involves the renewal and upgrade of public recreational infrastructure within the Warrina Park precinct, including civil, structural, landscaping, electrical, hydraulic and associated infrastructure works. The successful contractor will be responsible for completing the Works in accordance with the Scope of Works, design requirements and contract documentation.The procurement is being undertaken as a Design and Construct contract. Tenderers must demonstrate experience delivering projects of a similar scope and complexity, including public infrastructure, recreational facilities, parks, community infrastructure and associated civil works.The site is located at Warrina Park, Lake Moondarra, Mount Isa, Queensland.
