Project: Arrow Energy Project owner: ARROW ENERGY Pty Ltd Location: QLD Australia Work package status: Closed Scope: Full Scope Work package description: Arrow is seeking expressions of interest for the Maintenance Build Staging Database solution (MBSD) under an Information Technology Master Service Agreement (MC-09). Arrow Energy requires a commercial off the shelf solution that is simple to implement and easy to be adopted by internal, as well as external users. The system should also be: Configurable to the data governance and business rules required to support Arrow Energys maintenance build process Scalable to support Arrows significant planned Asset growth, as a result of the Surat Gas Project (SGP). Project overview: Arrow Energy operates four gas fields in Queensland's Surat basin.Arrow Energy has operated in the Surat Basin for more than 15 years. It is now the site of the new Surat Gas Project (SGP).The SGP is underpinned by a December 2017 deal with the Shell QGC-operated joint venture. This deal has allowed Arrow to take advantage of existing QGC-operated infrastructure to reduce our impacts on landholders and communities.Following our Shareholders' investment announcement, Arrow sanctioned the first phase of the SGP in April 2020.Phase one includes more than 600 wells to be drilled from 2020, focusing on an expansion between Arrow's current operational areas at Daandine and Tipton.This initial phase included construction of Inlet Processing Facilities (IPFs) at Shell-QGC operated David and Harry Field Compression Stations.IPFs enable Arrow to supply gas from its operational fields under the gas sales agreement.Arrow will continue to use its existing gas compression facilities at Daandine and Tipton, with upgrades to the Tipton Central Gas Processing Facility.Phase one also include upgrades and connection to water treatment facilities.In addition to using Arrow's existing water treatment facilities which will be improved through upgrades to Arrow's Tipton and Daandine Water Treatment Plants, Arrow will send water to the Shell-QGC operated Kenya Water Treatment facility.Two new brine storage ponds were constructed at the facility to support water treatment for beneficial use.Phase one is now in the final stages of completion with Phase two scheduled to begin in 2024 pending final shareholder investment decision.Phase two development will expand into new gas fields in the northern section of Arrow's tenure north-east of Miles.Construction is scheduled to commence from late 2024, and will bring an additional 130TJ/day of gas to market over 27 years, and will include but is not limited to:Approximately 250 new gas wells around the Miles region including gathering network.Construction of a new Field Compression Station (FCS) and a Steel Export Pipeline.Construction of a Metering & Flare Package at the existing Shell-QGC operated McNulty FCS.Construction of a new Hybrid Power Station under an Independent Power Producer Agreement.Subsequent phasesArrow's future plans include:Additional wells and associated gathering to expand across Arrow's Surat tenure areasconstruction of another new Field Compression Station at Lynwood, south of Arrow's Tipton developmentconstruction of another Inlet Processing Facility (IPFs) at the Shell-QGC operated Jammat FCS.More information is available from www.arrowenergy.com.au
