Greenheart Parklands -Stage 1 Café Opportunity to lease the Greenheart Parklands Stage 1 Café in Robina via Tender Tender Closing Date: Monday, 26th August 2024 at 2:00pm CBRE is excited to present the opportunity to Tender for a commercial lease over the café within Greenheart Stage 1, Robina, on behalf of our client, City of Gold Coast. Greenheart Stage 1 is a $25 million investment to create a premier parkland for the Gold Coast community and is expected to open in February 2025. Features of Greenheart Stage 1 include - café, event and yoga lawns, children's play space, BBQ facilities, ball sports play area, dog park, outdoor gym and walking pathways. We are seeking interest from qualified and experienced café operators to enter into a commercial lease over the café and outdoor licence area which is currently under construction.
