Summary and scope
Tenders are sought from experienced and suitably qualified Contractors ("Tenderers") to design, supply, install, commission and operate an Onsite Organics Processing Solution (composting facility) at the Dimboola Transfer Station, Hindmarsh Shire, Victoria. The successful Contractor will be required to assist Hindmarsh Shire Council ("Council") with the process of acquiring the necessary Development Licence and subsequent Operating Licence for an organics processing facility from the Environment Protection Authority Victoria (EPA), in accordance with the Environment Protection Act 2017 and EPA Publication 1588.2.
