Summary and scope
This specification defines Council’s project, operational, governance and handover requirements for the full electrification of the Maribyrnong Aquatic Centre. It is to be read with the Contract and the separate mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, architectural, structural and other technical specifications and drawings. The technical design, equipment performance, installation standards and trade-specific requirements are defined in those separate documents. Where an inconsistency arises, the Contractor shall promptly seek written direction from the Superintendent before proceeding.
