Summary and scope
The purpose of this Contract is for Council to create a panel of suitably qualified and experienced contractors who will deliver the necessary resources to undertake activities on and around Council’s building assets as required. The proposed contract period is for an initial term of two (2) years with an option to extend for a further term of one (1) years up to the maximum contract term of three (3) years.
