Summary and scope
Council seeks to appoint a Principal Consultant-led multidisciplinary design team to undertake concept design through to construction-ready documentation, subject to milestone approvals. Fee proposals must separately identify fees for subsequent project stages, which may be commissioned at Council's discretion. The project builds upon a previously approved Heritage Victoria scheme for a 101-place integrated children's facility. Council requires the consultant team to review the approved design, assess operational learnings identified by Children's Services, and develop a revised concept and subsequent detailed design for a contemporary early years and community facility.
