Summary and scope
Whangarei District Council is seeking proposals from suitably qualified professionals to deliver technical services for the Whangaruru–Oakura Community Adaptation Planning (CAP) pilot project. This adaptation project is being co-designed between the Ngātiwai Trust Board (NTB) and Whangarei District Council (WDC). The aim is to develop responses to manage current and future climate risks across the Whangaruru/Oakura catchment which is one of the most vulnerable catchments in Whangārei and is in recovery following recent severe weather events
