πΏ Organic Feedstock Availability Analysis - Tranche 2 The Energy Efficiency & Conservation Authority (EECA) is inviting proposals for a comprehensive, independent, and granular assessment of organic feedstock availability across five specific regions in New Zealand's North Island. This project is a critical component of the broader Organic Feedstock Analysis initiative. π Scope and Regions Qualified organizations are invited to submit proposals for one or more of the following regions: Northland Bay of Plenty Waikato Wellington Manawatu-Whanganui π Key Requirements Independent Evaluation: Each region will be evaluated independently. Respondents must provide separate pricing for each region. Pricing Structure: Bidders must clearly indicate if pricing for multiple regions differs from the sum of individual regional costs. Flexibility: Proposals may cover all regions or selected regions, provided the scope is clearly specified. π Desired Outcomes Successful bidders will deliver high-quality, data-driven insights into organic feedstock availability, supporting EECA's mandate to promote energy efficiency and renewable energy resources. π
